By using this site, you agree to these terms. The site is run by a marketing agency based in Dublin, Ireland.
1. This site
It explains what we do and lets you book a free, no-commitment call. Nothing here is a binding offer, and prices (shown excluding VAT) may change.
2. Working with us
We work with businesses only. Clients sign a separate agreement, with a minimum term of 2 months, that sets out the full terms. Your first ads go live within 15 days of starting, as long as we get what we need from you on time.
3. Our guarantee
If we don’t hit the bookings target we agree together within 90 days, we refund all the fees you paid us in that period. Money spent directly on Meta or Google ads isn’t included, and you need to stay with us for the full 90 days. Full conditions are in the client agreement.
4. Results and content
Examples on this site show what’s possible, not a promised result. Please don’t reuse our content without permission.
5. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. As far as Irish law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing here limits liability the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
6. Privacy and law
How we use your details is explained in our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by Irish law.
